I found the recipe for the Peppery Pistachio Brittle in a cookbook named 'Ovenly'. I have been wanting to try this since I bought the book in the spring, It did not look like something that you would really crave in the summer. So today was a rainy fall day and I decided that is was a good day to try this out. Truly amazing!
It is definitely a comfort type food. It is in the bar snacks section of the cookbook and is said to go well with wine after dinner.
