I found a recipe on Pinterest for a flaky GF pastry. It looked good in the picture so I decided to try it for my hand pies.
I have decided that I need to practice with making the dough, it was trickier than I thought it would be. Once I got it to a workable state it was very easy to work with, and it rolled our very nicely. It is a big stickier than regular pastry though.
The final test was how did it taste. I don't like pastry at all, so I had to ask my husband who does like pastry. He said it was ok, but you could tell that is was not regular pastry, He had 2 so they can't be too bad!
