For a friend of mine's birthday I made her a reduced sugar, gluten free cake. Another friend needed gluten free cupcakes for her daughters wedding, so I tried the cake as cupcakes. I think they turned out quite good, better than most cake mixes actually.
This is another favorite at our house. I don't make it more than once or twice a year to keep it a real treat. This one is not even staying at home it is going to a sleep over.
